As an embodiment coach, I attune to your emotions and bodily experience, stepping into your feelings as if they were my own. I notice the subtle signals that often go unspoken: the tension in your shoulders, the hesitation in your voice, the micro-movements that reveal what your mind may try to hide. These are not random; they are meaningful signs from your body, showing where your energy is blocked, where old stories are held, and where transformation is waiting.
